We operate as a medical cranial prosthesis supplier, specializing in insurance-covered services that are prescribed by licensed healthcare providers.

Insurance Coverage Requirement

Rhesilient Roots Rx exclusively serves clients who:

• Have a medical diagnosis related to hair loss (such as alopecia, chemotherapy, or burns).

• Possess a valid prescription and Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) from a licensed provider.

• Have active insurance coverage that includes cranial prosthesis benefits.

Non-Covered or Cosmetic Requests

At this time, Rhesilient Roots Rx does not provide services for:

• Cosmetic or fashion wigs not prescribed for medical use

• Self-pay or out-of-pocket prosthesis requests

• Patients without active insurance coverage

Clients whose services are not eligible for insurance coverage may be provided with a referral list of reputable retail wig providers who can better assist with non-medical needs.
